The Center for Parents and Teachers offers continuing education opportunities for early childhood teachers and directors through which they can earn professional development points.

The Center recognizes that to provide children with a positive learning experience, the hiring and retention of qualified teachers is of paramount importance.

CPT's mission to support early childhood educators is accomplished by providing accessible, high-quality, affordable professional development programs that present to teachers cutting edge theory and illustrate practical applications in the classroom.

This academic year, CPT will offer the following:

• A series of nine professional development evening workshops offered locally in Concord on certain Wednesday evenings across the academic year.
• A Saturday Seminar, back by popular demand!, that will present an innovative program from 10 AM to 1 PM on the last Saturday in January (Jan 26, 2013 with a snow date of Feb 2).
• The eleventh annual full-day conference which will take place on Friday, March 8, 2013.
