Professional Development Evening Workshop Registration

Important Registration Information

1. PDPs (Professional Development Points)

Participants can register for as many of these workshops as they wish. Teachers will receive individual certificates of attendance at the end of each session.

 

2. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required.

To pre-register, please complete the form below and mail to the Center for Parents and Teachers, 120 Meriam Rd., Concord, MA 01742. If you do not hear from us, you can assume you are registered for the workshops you selected.  We will contact you if the session you selected is full.

3. COST:  $25 per session.

 

In case of inclement weather, please call CPT at (978) 202-1145 AFTER 5 P.M. to hear a recorded message about possible cancellation.
